Ronald O. on mini implants
"Snaps on, stable, stays on. With implants better than what I had before. Not painful after surgery. Couldn't press too hard for a couple of weeks. Go for the modern treatment!"
Eliot M. on mini implants and implant surgery
"I just go for it now that my lower denture is so secure. I'm not worried about it popping out like I use to and I don't baby it and when I want to eat something I just go right ahead and eat it and it's never let me down, it's solid in there. Oh, I chew like hell! I don't hold back. Now I feel so confident with implants in there and don't hesitate to eat what I want, chew what I want, chew as hard as I want, it has never let me down. As far as I'm concerned I felt at first I was hesitant like anybody would be but after the results I felt confidence in the teeth and now I'm pleased I did it. I thought my body would reject the implants but of course I was wrong…it's going real well now. As far as I recall it (the surgery) went real easy, seems like everybody who was there was confident in what they were doing. In fact there was no pain at all because a sufficient amount of medication was enough to carry over and there was not pain at all actually. I was a little uncomfortable because it's something new in your mouth . It took me about three to four days and it settled down and everything was just fine after that and… no problem."
Clarence E. on dental implants
"It holds my partial tight. Even hard to get it out at times. No discomfort after surgery. It works good and holds well. It will never fall out-you gotta pull it out."
Diana N. on dental implants
"Great. I think it's worth it. I'm fifty four. But it's worth it. No problem after the surgery. Feels like my own teeth. I'm having the other side done. Feels very convenient. Don't have to take it in and out in the public when you're eating. You can brush your teeth in the public bathroom. It's embarrassing to remove your partial in the public bathroom. When you do implants you don't ruin the other teeth. When you have implants you don't hurt the other opposite teeth because the bite is not always the same when you use partial."
Randall A. on oral sedation and implant surgery
"Oh many years…ten years (since been seen by a dentist). I can't remember. It was too good. The sedation was too good. I don't remember a thing. Walking in I remember. That day I remember coming into the office and waking up at home. Oh there's no discomfort at all. No (medications the day after implant surgery). All my experiences at this office were excellent. Was good (implant surgery)."
Stephanie P. on dental implants
"They feel like regular teeth. There's no difference to me at all. I can floss, bush, eat. I can do whatever I did before. For that reason I think it was a good choice. I'm happy that I did it. Really and truthfully I was really surprised that there was no pain or discomfort. I was surprised, I was pleasantly surprised at the first one and even the second one (second implant).
Aiyana G. on oral sedation and wisdom tooth extraction
"It was great! It made the procedure go by very quickly and trauma free. It was very untraumatic. I remember most of it but it seemed to go by very quickly so maybe I don't remember. I didn't need any pain pills at all. I only needed two Advils.
Esther K. on recent oral sedation and implant surgery
"After all that I went through, I feel really good. And I don't even feel like I have implants in me! You put in two implants and I think they turned out really good. I don't have any pain. At the beginning I did have pain but it's not all that bad because I only took one pain killer (the next day) and that was it. After that there's nothing to it. But it turned out really good and I'm very satisfied with it, you know. …thank you very much because I don't have too long to go anyway I'm 82 years old. Yah, you prepared me before I came to the surgery anyway . So once I sat in the chair that was it, I didn't know anything until you told me that it was all done. There's nothing to it you know. That is what I was really happy about. Oh yah, it really worked good for me. I don't know what you did to it but it looks really good. I'm very very happy and very very satisfied with what you've done for me.
Cheri C. on oral sedation and implant surgery and implants
"Yes I was terrifed to come in I did not want to…and just with the medications and everything I sailed right through it…now I don't really feel nervous anymore. I don't really remember a whole lot of it. I mean I was awake but it was not bothering me you know I was totally able to be relaxed and comfortable and to deal with it and to sail through with it. Yes I would say I was an extremely apprehensive patient. Yeah that's what it was, I didn't care. I'm a hospice nurse…always the worst (patient). And also because your staff is so excellent and friendly and nice, it feels like home, a family type thing when you're over here, so that you can feel a lot more relaxed, which I think helps. I took pain medication but I took Ibuprofin in-between so the medication was enough to help and I was not in any type of pain that I couldn't handle or deal with and felt that it all went quite well. It all went really smoothly. I have been very happy with it. It's something that you will use constantly throughout the day, I like to eat, it's important to me, I want the tooth there and I wanted my mouth to look good too. It's important to me. And it's something that, you know your smile it's just right there. You can't hide it. So to me it was worth it an that the work was well done.
